In the greatest defeat, we always find a way to comeback even stronger. No one remembers anything except victory, our means and suffering may seem to be very prolonged or hugely defeating at times yet it is the scars that we get from those wars that remain a mark of another road travelled. We are untold stories and very lucrative deals that may only be realized at the later stage by many who only see as far as their eyes can take them or is willing to show them. Giving up now is not even an option yet it is far from the brain as the toes are to the medulla oblongata that balance everything and keep it into place like our own shadows in the light.

Our travels takes us to North West, Mafikeng where we meet a young men by the name of Runtown Anthony Moses AKA Mr. Whip It *JayCee Da Luie*, Rapper/Singer with a very unique approach to his craft and consider himself to be the full package. His love for music came at a very young age which cannot be recalled and despite being raised by a none music influenced family in the neighboring country Botswana, in the township of the  its capital city Gaborone ; where his father and mother lived, JayCee Da Luie is the 9th son of Rebecca Fiados despite the pressure  and all the family challenges that came with it , he managed to turn a hobby into a passion through word play and rhymes tying the knots of his everyday living , “the calling was too loud to ignore” as he declares.

One of his single   “cash money” remix was nominated for the *MET (Mozolo Entertainment) AWARDS in 2016 for the best Music video. The remix was also used as the opening soundtrack for the Free State female champion Matshidiso Mokebisi.  He went to get another nomination for the SAUMA (South African Upcoming Music Awards) in 2017 for Cash Money Remix for the best hip hop song category. He has shared the stage with:
·                     Jr
·                     Areece
·                     Trademark
·                     Thulasizwe
·                     Fantas Dj
·                     Dj Just Mo Yfm
·                     Vee Mampezy (Botswana)

All his hard work scored him a publishing agreement   with Bri Flow Music (ASCAP) Music Publishing based in the USA. Jay C is an independent artist that has features artist from Jamaica, USA, Nigeria Ghana, Canada, Botswana, Kenya, and Lesotho in his music which is mainly Rhythm and Blues and Hip hop. As a musician, he strongly believes in changing people’s lives through his music as he hops that his message bring positive change into the lives of those it reaches. Lyrics are a very important part of his product offering as yet not writing of the importance of the beat as it has a very distinctive role to play too.  Fighting to bring a voice to the world of voiceless souls that will just go into a trance of darkness without music , Jay C uses catchy hook/chorus that is incorporated with verses that drives the song into the intended destination no matter how shallow the mood of the other person may occur to be; the music will turn all the negative emotions into something positive as we live in the world that changes a lot so is the music we receive on the day-to-day basis. So it is very important that the contribution that is brought is one of a very positive note.

Gone but never forgotten is the one song that he made which holds dear to his vision as a musician and is the interpretation of his love with music; with music that is inspired by good times and bad times also the hustles and struggles going forth, we will sure hear more from him.
