In mathematics, when you get 5% for a test; it is rated as fail. In retail, getting a 5% discount is a reasonable bargain. In this world, when you only give 5% of your effort you will surely not succeed yet amazingly enough when it comes to the scale of measuring people based on domination, uniqueness and creativity 5% is perfect. I mean take any civilization as an example a king is considered great although he makes up a small percentage of that population.
